Socio-emotional intervention

It is the field of action of the foundation that aims to identify and understand the particularities of the sociocultural and socio-emotional context of students, to influence, transform and significantly impact their conditions and their training process, through tools and alternatives for socio-pedagogical accompaniment.

 

The social team comprises social workers and psychologists in charge of designing and executing strategies for academic strengthening, psycho-emotional and socioeducational support. This area has the following lines of social Intervention:

Academic strengthening:

Searching for tutors and mentors willing to be paid for one hour and free the other hour. In this sense, after the tutors are found, this area is responsible for creating the appointments for one-to-one mentoring / tutoring and thematic workshops for a complimentary review of classes and study groups.

Psycho-emotional and socio-educational accompaniment:

    This area oversees: 

  • Monitoring, orientating, and attending students with issues on their mental and emotional health. 
  • Giving orientation to vocational or family situations, 
  • Helping to strengthen socio-emotional and relationship skills. 
  • Create thematic spaces and individual and group counseling. 
Complimentary activities:

Strengthening the trainer-student relationship and creation of inductions in schools and universities.
